Through our Loyalty points rewards program, we will reward you for every shop you make through our website or apps. For every pound you spend, you will earn back 2 points. Points equal pence in store, and can be spent at any time and on anything in the Rewards program page, providing the account has enough points to cover the entire cost of the merchandise. Each time you make a purchase through www.smoqueburger.co.uk, for each pound that you spend, 2 reward points will be added to your account.
Reward points equal pence and can be spent on anything in the reward points programme.

The reward programme is only for personal and consumer use and your account cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose
You must be the sole-user of the account and other parties are not allowed to use your account to collect points. We have the right to remove your points at any time if we investigate the account has been used for other purposes and by multiple users.
All products available will be as shown on the website.
Some products may be special promotional items that are available only at the rewards points level or time as stated on the website.
We reserve the right to remove any of our products from the website at any time.
If we are unable to provide the product you have ordered, we will inform you of this and refund the points back to our rewards points account or ask if you would like a different product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because a product or promotion is no longer available.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Some of the products that can be ordered through the rewards programme are supplied solely by third party providers and any contractual obligations arising in regards to the goods or services offered will be with that third party supplier only and subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any products that can be redeemed under the rewards programme at any time without notification to you.
We reserve the right to change the value the value of points:
We may change the amount of points required to purchase products at any time without notice to you;
We may change the amount of/value of points received on purchases without notice to you;
We may change the value of the points held by you. Where we do this we will give you 60 days’ notice in writing to allow you to redeem the points held up to that date. Any points remaining in your account at the expiry of the notice will then only have the new value that has been attributed to them
Products will only be delivered to you with a food order and will not be delivered separately. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect the product from a local outlet but these will be subject to availability so please contact the outlet in advance to check availability.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products then the products will be returned to the local outlet and will be kept for 5 days for you to collect but if you do not collect them within that time we may end the contract for those products and will re-credit your points to your reward account but we may deduct points as compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
When you become responsible for the goods. All products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.
In certain cases, you may have rights to end the contract for the products supplied under the Rewards Programme, and ask for your reward points to be credited to your account:
Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) and (b) below the contract will end immediately and we will credit the rewards points in full for any products which have not been provided. The reasons are:
Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a credit for the reward points used. This means that except for food items and other perishable goods, you have 14 days starting the day after you (or someone you nominate) received the goods from us to return those goods to us to us.

Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, then you must return them to us. You must return the goods in person to the local outlet from where they were delivered to you. Where you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind, then they must be returned within 14 days of receiving the products.
We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for an order for product, or in regards to your rewards programme, at any time by writing to you if breach any of the terms that apply to either your man account or the rewards programme.
If we end the contract because you have breached the terms of your account with us we will close your rewards programme account and you will lose all of the points held in the account. You may also be liable to pay us compensation.
The reward points required to redeem a specific product will be as indicated on the website.
You can only order a product if you have sufficient reward points to purchase that product.
The reward points will automatically be deducted from your account at the time of the order.
We are not liable to you whether in contract or tort for any products that you purchase through the rewards programme where those products or services are supplied directly to you by a third party supplier.
Your account and the rewards programme are personal to you. You may not allow any other person to use your account to order food and obtain reward points. If we consider that your account is being used beyond what would be deemed reasonable for a single consumer then we end the contract.
Reward points cannot be traded, transferred or sold to another account and cannot be joined or linked with another account.
All reward points can only be used on the www.smoqueburger.co.uk website.
The reward points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no equivalent cash value.
Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer
We may set a limit on the number of times points that may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the reward programme.
